Laporan Getaran

Getaran
Getaran adalah suatu gerak bolak-balik di sekitar kesetimbangan. Kesetimbangan di sini maksudnya adalah keadaan di mana suatu benda berada pada posisi diam jika tidak ada gaya yang bekerja pada benda tersebut. Getaran mempunyai amplitudo (jarak simpangan terjauh dengan titik tengah) yang sama.

A. Tujuan 
Menghitung nilai Konstanta Pegas
B. Alat-Alat
            - Pegas
            - Timbangan
            - Beban
            - Bandul
            - Stopwatch
            - Penggaris
C. Langkah Langkah Percobaan
            1. Timbang beban
            2. Pasang 1 beban pada pegas
            3. Dorong beban ke atas sejauh 15 cm. Dan siapkan stopwatch di tangan.
            4. Lepaskan beban bersamaan dengan menekan stopwatch.
5. Hitung sampai 10 getaran dan tepat pada saat mencapai 10 getaran matikan stopwatch, catatlah hasil pengamatan.
6. Ulangi percobaan dengan menambahkan 1 beban lagi hingga jumlahnya 3 beban.

E. Kesimpulan

Pada getaran pegas massa benda mempengaruhi periode, jika massa benda semakin besar maka waktu untuk mencapai 10 getaran akan semakin besar juga. Sedangkan konstanta akan lebih kecil jika nilai T semakin besar. Nilai T semakin kecil jika waktu untuk mencapai 10 getaran kecil karena rumusnya adalah t dibagi n .
